    Yes, this statement is correct:

"ALT needs MLA in order to be successful, otherwise it will keep relying on loans from its Directors and will be forced into another Cap Raise like the $2m+ it just needed to raise last month in order to stay afloat"

Did the ALT Directors recently continue to loan money to the company and why?

"ALT own the IP, own the product and have only appointed MLA as their distributor". WRONG - they appointed MLA to manufacture and distribute (among other things) and MLA will get paid accordingly. The last time I checked, the share of the spoils from manufacturing and selling a product are typically greater than what a licensor receives. Yes, there is more work involved, but the reward is greater.

Did you not consider there are much bigger and better people ALT could appoint? YES, but they have not - did you consider why? Here is some help - to quote the ALT Chairman:

"Our decision to partner with Medical Australia is based on the strength of their supply chain and the fact that it gives us an immediate go-to-market solution for our flagship products. This deal offers significant upside to our ongoing product development and commercialisation initiatives. It is a great opportunity to combine our respective skills to develop leading products for the global medical market."

"Also, MLA only have exclusive in australia and new zealand. if MLA are can get the burette into these areas, have you not considered it is very likely that the europeans and americans will come knocking."

Did you say "state the facts"? Then you need to practice what you preach:
"Under the terms of the agreement, Medical Australia will exclusively distribute Analytica’s flagship AutoStart® Burette and AutoFlush products, initially into the Australian, New Zealand and UK markets, with a view to expanding into key Asian, Middle Eastern and European
    markets."

"MLA take on all the risk and cost with marketing, production, licensing and time invested. ALT sit back and receive royalties on their success. If MLA fail or struggle, ALT can move onto the next and probably bigger distributor to get the job done."

    LOL - see above

"Last question. If the burette is rolled out in all of australia and new zealand and a takeover bid comes from a american or european company. Who will be better off?"

Better learn to crawl before you can walk.

All the ALT eggs are in the one basket at the moment and MLA is carrying that basket, so if comparing the two companies from an investment strategy at the moment, I'd rather be here than there - that is my point.

This is not an us versus them argument - it is clear this is all a learning experience for you - suggest you learn more about all of this and get your own facts straight before going off half cocked on this forum.

Don't rubbish MLA unless you don't want ALT to crawl!

State the facts - what a joke.
