Stopped by to see what is happening. I do not hold though. Jessie1 I was reading your comments and sentiment, your logic is very wrong.
"ALT needs MLA in order to be successful, otherwise it will keep relying on loans from its Directors and will be forced into another Cap Raise like the $2m+ it just needed to raise last month in order to stay afloat"
This is fundamentally incorrect. ALT does not need MLA to be successful. ALT own the IP, own the product and have only appointed MLA as their distributor. Did you not consider there are much bigger and better people ALT could appoint ? It is similar to tupperware, MLA is the mom that is selling it but there are 1000s of others that could do the same job. At any time, ALT can appoint a new distibutor if a better offer comes along. Also, MLA only have exclusive in australia and new zealand. if MLA are can get the burette into these areas, have you not considered it is very likely that the europeans and americans will come knocking. this the the $3billion market annually while the australian and new zealand is only $88million. ALT will be allowed to make deals on their own without MLA in this massive market.
MLA take on all the risk and cost with marketing, production, licensing and time invested. ALT sit back and receive royalties on their success. If MLA fail or struggle, ALT can move onto the next and probably bigger distributor to get the job done.
Last question. If the burette is rolled out in all of australia and new zealand and a takeover bid comes from a american or european company. Who will be better off ?
