APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Oropa Limited (“Oropa”) is pleased to announce that effective today, Mr Misha Collins, CFA has been appointed as a Non-executive Director to the Company's Board.
Mr Collins is a metallurgist with extensive experience in financial markets. He has spent the last 10 years as a financial analyst with BT Funds Management with responsibility for a range of markets but he has focused on gold, gold equities and strategies. He now runs his own investment and trading business.
Mr Collins is currently based in Sydney, which will assist the company in having a presence in Australia’s financial capital.
Entities related to Mr Collins are substantial shareholders in Oropa and they have participated in several previous capital raisings.
