Francis Harper is a director and part owner of Blackwood Capital Limited which manages over $200 million in private equity funds primarily for high net worth clients in Australia and the USA.

Prior to forming Blackwood Capital, he spent 15 years with NM Rothschild in senior positions within resources corporate finance in the UK, the USA and Australia. He worked on numerous mining and energy project finance transactions for large US and European clients in a wide variety of countries including most South American countries and in Asia and Eastern Europe. His key achievements included assisting in establishing the Emerging Markets Gold Fund, owned by Rothschild and the International Finance Corporation.

This can only be a good thing for ORP as at least it means we can keep going. :-)

The next few months are going to be very interesting indeed. Not happy about that ridiculous placement at 1.3 cents but it's better to have that than nothing. The raising of funds by convertible notes will be interesting to follow.

In the short term though, some people seem to like the announcement and pushed us above 2 cents. Interesting to see which way it goes from here.
