Ok.. placement at 1.3 rather disturbing after all oropa has achieved but only 30mil shares, in the end we knew this was coming, on the upside OROPA will have cash & a repuatable group backing them, cash will come via convertible notes which wont dilute oropa, possible Blackwood Capital Limited may be the right people to come on board to get this going & show the real value of oropa, google search shows this group is behind many attractive specs & majors, this is very encouraging & may be the on market backer we needed the past few years

Interesting new year ahead & more deal to take place, last few months have been a big set back but with funding secured oropa goes back to a stand out buy especially with gold back in favour lately.
