U always have to pay the devil a little bit of yr soul to keep alive tho.

Have no probs with dilution on this basis .... just gotta buy more to keep the equity percentage.

Only Q is what are Blacks going to do with their "fee" ... will they dump for cash or will they hold for the fundamental VALUE development a million ouncer can give in a rising POG macros backdrop ?

If we end up with 500 mill shares we are still talking a many multibagger upside from these levels in a rising POG and realisation of project .......

Personally prefer a pro-rata rights issue as priority ... newbies can always underwrite and would get plenty, but shareholders should be given first crack at it !!!
