Yeah, well all ive read lately is a lot of whinning about management and no responsibility taken for individual trade decisions that have not worked out so far.

Im certainly not, if thats what youre insinuating, and havevnt read anything remotely like it lately either.

You can sit here and babble on about what management should do but youre only venting because your trade choice isnt going the way you would have liked.

Maybe the walking bill board and others with bright ideas for management can draw up and implement a plan for them. Shouldnt take too long, email it through and see how you go.
