plimsoll, the second tranche of shares have already been issued, as per announcement on 18/12/17.
currently going through the process of washing through the shares from weak institutional hands to longer term holders.
as we speak zinc is at $1.57/pound, 5 year highs to match the 5 year low in zinc warehouse levels.
definitely the right time to fire up a high % zinc mine.
