Thanks Ram, your comments are much appreciated.

As much fun as it was catching the bus to the mine at 6am and home again by 6:30 PM for peanuts, I have other challenging projects thanks.

I made it clear that I would not work with the current mine management.

If the management stayed there I would not be available.

Happy to send you a copy of the email if you like.

But this isn't about me, as much as you want to make it personal.

I was told we by a geo that should be able to mine 1000 Oz per month (based on the sample results), but why have we not EVER mined anything like that?

I trust any exploration Ann signed off by Thiago and Samuel is equally trustworthy.

The problems include the fact that there was no reasonable effort made to keep mining equipment repaired ...and we need to know if this was a deliberate ploy to smash the share price.

Other issues that need disclosing include:

Why did we try to mine in uneconomic areas to the north, against expert advice?

Why did we ignore the aquifer issue?

Why did we not repair machinery for weeks?

Why did site management lie to the board about the broken down machinery?

Why did NONE of the bulk samples EVER correspond to gold production?

Who decided to publish the ridiculous story about 100-110 Ounces in two days last July?

Why was EVERY air leg miner broken down at one point?

Why did we run out of diesel?

Why did we not renew the explosives license ...causing us to mine by hand (remember the spoon fed toy hammermills)?

Who sold 42 Million shares on one day smashing the SP?

Who decided to not trial mine at Eliseo?

Was their any management conflict of interest?

What happened to the auditors report?

Have the security issues been fixed?

    Who stole the gold?

    35 tonne @ .3 g/t ring a bell for anyone?

Address the questions thoroughly and comprehensively before it ends up in a class action would be my suggestion.

Sorry to raise these inconvenient questions again.

    They are not going away.

I respect the confidence in Byass and MOK by you guys, and I wish them all the best, but get to the bottom of the issues that have a whiff of nefarious activity about them. If it's not the case, so take the opportunity to restore confidence, not just pay lip service.

    Good luck.

    SJB
