Rather, it is due at a future time, and only then can they interfere if repayment is in jeopardy. Much like the bankers on your home loan, who can do nothing unless you default
So long as the Alinta directors run the business in the interests of its owners, of which, TPG are not, then TPG can bleat and drum up all the press comments they like. Notably, since the day they hit town on AEJ, their comments have been many.
