Origin Energy's Perth Basin Assets

Can anyone give some insight into what the consequences to the SP would be if TSV was successful in its bid to purchase Origin's Perth Basin Assets.

Obviously this purchase would be funded by someone like ALCOA as the purchase price for the assets is FAR greater that the market Cap for TSV.

As a novice investor I was just hoping to gain some knowledge as to what is in store for TSV should we be successful in our bid for these assets.
