They are in the process of refinancing the notes , so they won't be allowed to be Called - outcome soon I understand
As for debt, there is debt and there is too much debt. Sto debt position is probably the equivalent DLS having 450- 500 m in net debt . My preferred outcome would be a jv between BPT and DLS to buy the assets. I wouldn't want to see DLS have too much debt , no more than 200m- 250m Would even prefer if they raised equity to keep debt Down if they wanted to acquire these assets themselves
Between org and sto , there should be some decent assets for sale.
