btw - I noticed a little while ago (a small mention in a news article), that DLS convertible notes have a call option in Sept next year (I know you spoke to them recently, did you discuss this with them and what possible ramifications this might have).
Also, anyone have any thoughts on what sort of rates DLS might be able to achieve in regards to refinancing the debt. Possibly a long way off, but if CTP can borrow $100 million and have only $3 million in cash, I am hopeful they can do better than that (not sure about the rate of interest, but I am pretty sure its high compared to DLS current interest rate of approx 6%).
What I find a little ironic about this current situation is that ORG and STO are having to sell assets because they have too much debt, yet debt has never been cheaper and those acquiring the assets are most likely using debt to buy. Which is fine to me, as I count it as 'good debt'.
