Normally, significant aquisition is funded by doing a capital raising. Unless there is a significant participation in possible DLS share issue, then those shorting DLS shares will be making even more money. I couldn't see a bank funding a $200m aquisition by Drillsearch in the current volatile sharemarket. Current DLS credit line is short term only.
