Ok so I spoke to Domenic. He is back from China next week and is confident they'll have the rights issue sorted (the reason for this trip apparently).
His main priority is getting the company sorted and then looking to add value from there. We spoke about possible tech scenarios etc and he seemed really open to those ideas and agreed something out of the resource sector needs to be looked at (unless lithium).
I'm going to speak to him next week again.
The dilution from this rights offer is just sick.... But I suppose some directors are sitting at a bigger loss than us regular Joes.
Here's hoping that they pull a decent acqusition out of the hat at some point
