Digging a hole and finding something doesn't mean it's a viable source so "visual quantities" means nothing more than that. They found what they were looking for but until they check assays and do more drilling don't get your hopes up. The sp has already jumped substantially regardless of how good the assays might be so how far do you think it can go? Highly risky imo concidering the sp has already come so far on "visual quantities" already.

p.s. I hold BMY and they had an announcement recently with "visual quantities" the sp spiked and the assays ended up poor and the sp tanked. If you got in before the sp surge I would take profits now and be happy with that but each to their own.
