Hard to give up on the gift that keeps/kept giving, shorts have been well rewarded for much of this year, I suspect the more structured ones would have closed out a while back, but some no doubt well represented by retail will just ride the wave, unable to believe these things may end, time will tell of course, still it is hard to watch your potential profits trimmed like today with no obvious downside catalyst. Apparently we still do have high shorts, here is a finger chart.
