Ocka, it may well be true that there are still willing buyers at 8c for JMS. But how many are actually following through with the transactions? It could be just all -talk and we will never know. This is HC after all.
I was a previous holder of an unlisted biotech company that developed an anti-tumour drug for animals such as dogs, horses, tassie devils etc. The company was well-discussed nation wide and even appeared on the Project on Channel 10 two months ago. Yet it took me over 6 months to offload all my holdings as I encountered way too many buyers who only wanted my shares for peanuts, or seemed really interested but never followed through.
The advantage of being listed is more liquidity and opportunities - what you see is what you get.
Just my thoughts as I've been through the hells of trying to find buyers myself.
