Thanks for the phone number, Mumbil. I spoke with Bruce; he seems to be a reasonable fellow. Bruce has plenty of skin in the game personally, is one of the major shareholders, and his focus is raising cash to get K2 into production. I paid $0.29 for my stock and Bruce has had a few calls from grumpy shareholders like me who have suffered badly; he understands and will personally lose considerably more than me if Ord/Vango fails, hence his efforts. If Bruce is working so hard I wonder what Frank is doing with his time and what value he is adding for $410k per annum. Nothing I expect.
