Numerous legal actions will\have been brought against this company that can never be disclosed. Orbis MAY bring these guys down I feel.
The company is ran 'Asian style' as I like to call it. Motto being claim everything and anything, pay off anyone and everyone for self gain. Theie time is now coming to an end I feel. They will be better listed on the Malay or Thai markets were corruption is more rife.
Yet Aussie market getting its fair share now and greater soverign risk is a big factor now. It a dangerous company- IMO.
