completely different situation,but actually only takes one shareholder with enough money that feels enough deception has taken place to instigate proceedings.re last tls class action thru slater and gordon one person obviously with money startedproceedings,any shareholder that bought sold shares with in a certain time frame and registered with slater gordon automatically received a payout.I would be satisfied if ASIC forced this company to answer the questions they wont answer when asked by shareholders.future proceedings dependant on answers.
