this was my favourite bit of the announcement "addressing" the fairfax article:
"2. The Board commissioned independent consultants in order to assist in determining the value of UKI which was conducted in February 2010. That assessment, which included scenario analyses and Net Present Value calculations, determined a range of valuations for the company, all of which are well in excess of the estimated $90M enterprise value of UKI."
Laugh out loud stuff.
They may as well just have said "...we have been thorough. Even used a spreadsheet and everything".
What a comedy. I really hope nobody reading this forum owns this dog.
