To answer a) I'd say virtually every retail investor (and probably Tribeca too!) Can you imagine if they did another in speccie distribution of SOLG.. lol

b) I couldn't agree more, and that's why I and probably all of us whom have held for so long continue to do so, the longer we wait, the closer we are to that return?

I still maintain that the sheer size of SOLG is too large to ignore, and rightly or wrongly I do value that holding as cash. (I let takeover premium and tax offset each other).

My gut tells me that when the SOLG end game plays out, that NM an co will roll up their oil & gas plays into a single vehicle that they control. It's like having Arrow again, but this time its theirs to control.

Of course I could be totally incorrect, but I'm much younger than NM, so I can wait him out
