Why would a major shareholder be treated any different than you or I? If they told Orbis what was happening it'd be illegal.
Fact is Orbis are on the same page as Defabs as far as Supper LLC are concerned.
However as a major share holder Orbis can have their say and a pretty powerful one at that when any shareholder vote is asked.
Like "should the CEO get a bonus" - Bet you Orbis votes NO!
