Calm down... What lame excuses have they given for never ending delays? Delays in the last 6 months have totally been in EMA's court, not TIS's.
I think people are pricing in expectation of failure, as opposed to previous efforts, where it has been pricing in an expectation of success. The price hasn't gone up like it did prior to the last meetings and people expecting to sell before announcement and make a profit are now bricking it.
How can anyone know anything? It's 6 24 am in Europe now. They haven't even held the meeting. Nobody has voted and no oral presentation has been given.
The claims of "inside knowledge" reminds me of people following a stock involved in an oil drill that has a TD of 3000 m, but has only just passed through 1000 m.
