For something that was due late Aug-early Sep 17, the OPV announcement just doesn't ever seem to be coming.
I get that the Govt is in absolute chaos right now but sure there must come a time when defence just has to get on with it regardless and not save this announcement for some time when the positive news might actually get reported. We could be waiting to 2019 if that is the case.
So much for continuous build and avoiding the 'valley of death'.
