The Options will have an exercise price of 1.3 cents per share and an expiry date of 28 February 2018. I don't think they are listed.
Apollo has agreed to place up to 68,750,000 fully paid ordinary shares to sophisticated and institutional investors at a price of 0.80 cent per share with a 1 for 2 free attaching Option (“Options”) to raise up to $550,000 before costs.
Which means options issued were: 34,375,000.
