I to have drawn some confidence from the fact that the contractor was happy to receive options rather than cash, and management have taken up the shortfall from the latest CR. There are 3 or 4 major investors in this business who all have a lot to lose if this thing comes up with poor results , Creasy being one of those and Silja being the other. With the last CR at .03 cents management have set them selves up nicely for big returns in terms of the share price rising.
