Ok....maybe saying the tankers can't keep up...might be a bit unrealistic at this stage of the game....perhaps a more reasonable expectation at this stage, would be to announce that Munjibar has just ordered 97 more Tuk-Tuks..(giving him a fleet of 100) and has employed all 200 of his nephews...cousins... and brother-in-laws as fulltime Tuk-Tuk operators on 12 hr shifts...24/7...and they are still finding it hard to keep up.
