Well technically the options were in the money for a short period of time albeit very short! It is a shame the time value of these options are ticking away now as I am sure those that are not trading them would like to convert them. Heck I would I like nothing better than to write a cheque out to OEX if all was well but as you say the current silence and anticipated flow rate announcement is going to be either very good or very bad for the long-term future of OEX.
