Boz2112, the exercise of OBLOBs could only not be in the best interest of shareholders if the SP was well north of 4 cents - which it is not.

I for one would be very happy if OBL got the price to anywhere 5 cents in the next 10 weeks and all options were exercised. Certainly a much better outcome than issuing shares to Lind at low ball prices.

With regard to the Backreef royalty issue: I don't think it would bankrupt BRU if backreef ever produced, but the "untidyness" of the agreement with OBL must at least be some annoyance.
