    More chance of Mundine taking up knitting then OBL hitting in excess of 4c in the next 2 months or so and getting the options in the money. For one many influential holders would NOT want this dilution. Two if the share price were to rise rapidly wouldn't it be better for all shareholders, if the 100mill shares expired and AFTER the rise, issue more shares at say 4c to raise $4.3mill and issuing only 30mill shares instead of 100mill.
