Oberte, don't know whether to thank you or not. My forms arrived Saturday (NZ) so no chance of making the deadline. Posted them anyway. Then saw the email address you posted so sent Trudy an email. She replied with a phonecall then emailed another form which I signed & scanned back.

Now its confirmed I have the options which will remind me for another couple of years of my aweful investment decision!!! I think thanks are in order but would not have been too upset if I never saw a bit of CCC paper ever again.
