I think the stock will move over 60c prior to the record date , and drop to around 45c without anything new occurring .
On that basis I expect the options will probably trade at a discount to the conversion price , maybe around the 20c mark , giving a total pre record date value of about 64c .

I agree that the results of the soil samples will probably be after that date , I am guessing the end of Feb early March .
I hold BOA , SIR and BUX in the area .
