    only 53,496,866 options were issued from the entitlement of 98,145,130

    The Shortfall had to be placed at the discretion of the Company within three (3) months after the Approval Date, therefore no more 5 cent options will be issued

    so there are probably no large options holders

    share price will probably need to be around 5.5 cents for the options to be excercised
