I'm reasonably new to this trading game so in order to confirm the ex date is the correct date for new options entitlements I have rung the Envirogold company secretary in Perth twice, Computershare once and the ASX twice and everyone has indicated to me that the important date for entitlements is the ex entitlement date, which was yesterday, also as per a recent post here on another thread... so I have also sold my EVGOA oppies today based on this. But who on earth is buying them and why? Do they perhaps think they might get in on the entitlements record date which is still only three days away? If so I have bad news for them, at least based on the calls I have made above. Yes I know you bought a few the other day Plough and then realised the mistake. Sorry mate... hope you didn't buy mine as well!
