Yes they are "underwritting" the remaining options currently listed as not being exercised (14.1mil). but as yet i havent converted mine... and i would think most holders are in the same boat. I doubt very much 14Mil in options will be left to expire by existing holders. A lot of the options will be converted next week......
either way i'm still satisfied with VPE board paying a commission to RBS.
Not happy with all option holders getting royally S___wed over :)
