PWC put together the 'Independent Expert's Report' dated 22 Oc 2015 for the China JV.
Interestingly at the time it was suggested that the JV could be sold or listed at a later date ~ perhaps in Hong Kong?
There was also talk of a duel listing of CNX in Hong Kong as well - but I can't remember where I saw that - perhaps here?
