You're welcome furniture, I like to investigate before I invest as well so ask as many questions as you like. Remember I am not the company, so I will always suggest a call to the people running the show as the best source of solid info.
I also received sample product of the BO2LT Breathe Assist product which was a prototype and I believe that has now been radically improved to stop the nasal plugs from falling out. It is a very clever design, which should be on old announcements if you trawl through them, the ribbing on the outside now makes it difficult for it to fall out now I have been told by the MD.
The cost of goods is very low around 80c, for a 3 pack which will retail somewhere between $15-20. My understanding is they will be initially sold online so all profits come directly to our company and then search for license and distribution partnerships for global penetration.
The Breathe Right product is now out of patent and is about to go generic or already has so GlaxoKlein will no doubt be monitoring our first stage sales as we have long and fresh patents that make our asset valuable(if product acceptance goes viral).
As for the cash, I am told with rebates due back to the company for R&D work and grants coming in on top of the funds recently raised we should have around $1.5-2m........this is a guesstimate not exact so call the company to be sure.
The options are now a very good funding tool if extra cash is required but my understanding is that the cash burn is lowish, around $100k/month. So with around 95.4m 6c options that may come into the money fairly quickly, one would think if they ever needed more funding for global expansion that this would be a source the company could tap into. Especially as the underwriters Peleton Capital took a fairly big slice and also act as the corporate advisors.
I still feel this is a re-rate of the company underway and not a pump........the ISN smart money is now entering at similar levels to when it started it's surge.
Best of luck with your investment, but I feel certain you are entering at the right time if you do get in.
