(Note share price was then 3.5c- same as now. No pump so far).
These R&D grants seem to be taking longer and longer to receive for ASX companies, but I have read on HC that the R&D grants are, in 2014, to be received quarterly, so that will be a smoother source of income.
Hopefully, if we get to 6c, some options will be exercised into the company. Then again, if we get to 6c, the ASX will have a fit!
Re consolidations, if a company is @ .001, then funds get harder to raise, for sure. INT voted against a consolidation @ .001, as holders said they would lose money because the share price would be decimated. Recently, it went into administration. PNO is probably better off than INT, because INT had debt, but sometimes a consolidation ca save the .001 companies. All our companies need capital.
