options fate if takeover lodged

    Hi

    Could someone please advise what happens if a takeover bid was lodged for this company before the 30th May 2006. Would the options be lost or would they likely to be part of the takeover.

    I am not sure whether it is better to take up the options now or till wait until next year.

    Any suggestions?
