Now we have to wait & see if they place another 20mil shares at 35c(specified price so they can't do it at any other price) for which authority was obtained at the AGM in Nov - they have to do it in the next four weeks(being three months from AGM) - both this proposed placement & the options issues are highly dilutive to current shareholders - 49mil new bits of paper as against 61mil that had been on issue previously.
Now we have to wait & see if they place another 20mil shares at...
