I bought into ECQ a couple of years ago for the Bio-nappies at about five cents. That was a complete flop but I must admit I am happy with the company's change of focus. I will be taking up my full allotment in the SPP (only $5k worth) to average down and stick it out for the long term.

I think there are quite a few retail holders with a similar plan, so I wouldn't count on too much stock from the SPP coming back to market for a quick buck. There are a lot of long suffering shareholders on this one, with averages much higher than mine and much much higher than the current share price.
