there has definitely been position taking over the last week or 2. in particular on the heads (ksx) where orders for 50k,75k,100k shares have been coming in from the sidelines. that is ppl who know or a being told something getting set for a run - no doubt about it.
once again, i give it until the end of the month before something major is announced to push her back over 20c.
