I agree entirely with your analysis.

I learned a great lesson with HFR about the trajectory of mining projects: they always take longer than expected, the share price WILL fluctuate, and the big returns at lowest risk are reserved for the patient who get on board last.

A capital raise will be needed, though the BoD will likely let enthusiasm build the share price first.

In parallel, HFR will be offered around to the European fertiliser manufacturers - Hegarty et al will be agnostic as to developing the project or selling the resource with permits.

I think you are a bit keen valuing it above $5. My bet is in the range 2.30 to 3.20, though I am very open to a higher figure.
