Hi, I emailed Magnis today asking about Optimal shares. Doug Richardson replied pretty speedily, to say I needed to contact Jurgen Behrens at Optimal.. which I did.
Jurgen replied that.."Optimal is an unlisted public company which hopes to list on the ASX later this year pending the favourable outcome of certain events." He also gave me my entitlement / number of shares.

Hope that helps others. I was pretty impressed with the response times from both Magnis and Optimal. It says to me they are really on the ball.
