Sounds like they’re hoping to list around Feb/Mar next year, currently with around $10m in the bank and 130m shares on issue. Not sure whether they will add to this through an IPO.
The plan seems to be to exit the DRC and refocus on uranium. They have high quality 1000ppm uranium ground in AU which they picked up for a song when the price was about $18 pound. With the price now up to $30 pound and interest returning to uranium, it is becoming an attractive time to list.
