Fascinating. Substantially more gross shorts traded on the ASX on 16 and 17 Oct. (of course, does not reflect CHI-X). Share price increased from $3.80 to $4.19. I suspect the 18% of capital shorted are trying to keep a lid on the share price. We have seen a couple of negative reports (not as much as I expected). Today price initially dipped to $4.09 and has rebounded strongly (currently $4.32).
I suspect the 18% of capital shorted are very worried.
