Not the smartest way to get stock but perhaps he already has plenty and now just wants to get the share price to move along or perhaps it's a pre arranged deal going on.
Because NRR is flying well under the radar, not too many will be made aware of this buyer, but for those who have recently taken a position I guess it's nice to witness some activity going on.
