It is a very interesting concept and easily executable if both parties are willing.

The simplicity in the process is for TMT to mine our high grade V and send it to Windumarra for processing calibration and testing over extended periods to generate high grade Vanadium within specifications. Subsequent to successful V production, both parties can make a final decision to relocate the facility with commercial terms.

This will cut down timelines and costs significantly rather than building a new processing facility.
